Training begins at 5 PM and a session is usually a little more than 2 hours.
If it is your 1st time be there before 7PM.

Seven Cities Boxing Club located on the oceanfront at 633 10th St. Ste. 101, Virginia Beach, VA 23451.
Directions: From 264 take the Birdneck St. exit baring to the right, proceed to the 3rd light and turn left,
proceed approximately one (1) mile to Cypress Ave. and turn right.
The immediate left is 10th St. and the gym is in the big white building on your left.
